1. Service Description

BluReply is an AI-powered iMessage auto-response service designed for service businesses. Our platform processes incoming text messages and generates contextual responses using artificial intelligence trained on your business information.

2. Account Requirements

To use BluReply, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Own or have authorization to use the Apple ID/iMessage account connected to BluReply

• Have a Mac computer capable of running BlueBubbles

• Provide accurate business information for AI training

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BluReply for:

• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging

• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication

• Fraudulent or misleading business practices

• Any activity that violates Apple's iMessage terms of service

• Any illegal activity under federal, state, or local law

4. AI-Generated Responses

BluReply uses AI to generate responses on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for monitoring your conversations and correcting any inaccurate information sent to your customers. BluReply is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

5. Subscription & Billing

BluReply operates on a monthly subscription model. Billing occurs on the same date each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of your first subscription payment.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. BluReply depends on your Mac running BlueBubbles, your internet connection, Apple's iMessage service, and our cloud infrastructure. We are not responsible for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

BluReply's total liability for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or indirect damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted.
