How does BluReply work?
BluReply connects to your iMessage through BlueBubbles running on your Mac. When a potential customer texts you, our AI reads the message, checks your business training data, and sends a natural response — all within seconds.
Will it respond to my personal texts?
No. BluReply only responds to unknown numbers with business-related messages. Your family, friends, and personal contacts are never touched. You can also manually block specific numbers.
Do I need to keep my Mac running?
Yes — BlueBubbles needs to be running on a Mac with your iMessage account signed in. Many users dedicate a Mac Mini for this. Your Mac doesn't need to be physically accessible, just powered on and connected to the internet.
Can I review what the AI sends?
Absolutely. Every AI response is logged in your dashboard with the full conversation thread. You can jump in and take over any conversation at any time.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
The AI is trained on YOUR business data, so accuracy improves the more you train it. For edge cases, the AI will say "Let me check on that and get back to you" rather than guessing. You'll see these flagged in your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day refund on your first payment.
