1. Information We Collect

When you use BluReply, we collect the following information:

Account Information: Your name, email address, and business details when you create an account.

Message Data: Incoming and outgoing iMessage content processed through our AI system to generate responses on your behalf. Messages are stored securely and are only accessible to you.

Business Training Data: Information you provide about your services, pricing, hours, and tone preferences to train the AI.

Usage Data: Analytics about how you use BluReply, including feature usage, response times, and lead metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate AI responses to your customers via iMessage

• Score and track leads on your dashboard

• Improve our AI response quality over time

• Send you important account notifications

3. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security, meaning your data is completely isolated from other users. Message content is processed through Anthropic's Claude API with enterprise-grade security. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. iMessage Processing

BluReply processes iMessages through BlueBubbles, which runs locally on your Mac. Your messages pass through your own hardware first. Our AI system only processes messages from numbers identified as business inquiries — personal conversations with family and friends are never read or stored by BluReply.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data including messages, customer records, and training data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you

• Request deletion of your account and data

• Export your customer and message data

• Opt out of AI processing at any time (toggle in settings)
